These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases, donations, pledges, sponsorships, and other payments made to Southern Nevada Sports Hall of Fame (“SNSHOF,” “we,” “our,” “us”) in connection with Ten Pin Derby Bowl Strikes (the “Event”) and any related activities, products, or services offered through our website and payment pages.

By submitting a payment, you agree to these Terms.

1) Purchases, Donations, and Sponsorships

1.1 Ticket Purchases

Ticket purchases grant admission to the Event as described on the checkout page. Tickets have no cash value and may not be sold or transferred for profit.

1.2 Donations

Donations are voluntary contributions to support our mission. Donations are generally non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

1.3 Sponsorships

Sponsorship payments are subject to the sponsorship package selected at checkout (or as agreed in writing). Sponsor benefits (logo placement, signage, recognition, etc.) require timely delivery of sponsor assets. If assets are not provided by stated deadlines, recognition may be limited.

2) Pledges and Variable Donations (If Applicable)

Some campaigns may allow a pledge or variable donation amount (for example, pledge-per-score, pledge tiers, or similar concepts).

If you submit a pledge, you authorize SNSHOF (or our payment processor) to confirm and/or finalize the charge consistent with the pledge terms displayed at checkout.

If your pledge requires a final calculation (e.g., based on results), we may contact you to confirm the final amount before processing, or we may process as described on the pledge page.

If a pledge is submitted with incorrect information, we may void or reverse the transaction and request a corrected payment.

3) Pricing, Fees, and Taxes

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

We may use third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe). Your bank/card issuer may impose additional fees.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, processing fees are non-refundable.

If applicable, you are responsible for any taxes associated with your purchase.

4) Payment Authorization

By providing a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use it and you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge it for the amount indicated at checkout, including any applicable fees and taxes.

If a payment fails or is reversed, we may: cancel tickets/reservations, suspend benefits (including sponsor benefits), or request an alternate payment method.

5) Refunds, Transfers, and Substitutions

5.1 Refund Policy (Default)

Unless the checkout page states otherwise:

Tickets are non-refundable.

Donations are non-refundable.

Pledges are non-refundable.

Sponsorships are non-refundable once sponsor benefits have begun (e.g., marketing placement, printing, promotion).

5.2 Transfers/Substitutions

If you cannot attend, we may allow you to: transfer a ticket to another attendee, or substitute attendees for a purchased table/team if you provide updated attendee details by [30 days] before the Event.

5.3 Exceptional Refunds

We may consider refunds in limited circumstances at our discretion (e.g., duplicate charges, clear processing errors). Any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method when possible.

6) Event Changes, Postponement, or Cancellation

We may change the Event format, agenda, speakers, location, or timing due to venue issues, safety concerns, weather, or other circumstances.

6.1 If the Event Is Postponed

Tickets and sponsorships will generally be honored for the rescheduled date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, contact us at Jim.Lambright@snshf.com, and we will evaluate options (transfer, credit, partial refund) based on circumstances and expenses incurred.

6.2 If the Event Is Cancelled

If the Event is cancelled and not rescheduled, we will determine refund/credit options in good faith, taking into account commitments and costs already incurred. Donations are generally not refundable, but we may offer credits or other solutions when feasible.

7) Chargebacks and Disputed Payments

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first at Jim.Lambright@snshf.com so we can help resolve the issue quickly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in: cancellation of tickets/reservations,

forfeiture of sponsor benefits, and restriction from future registrations.

We reserve the right to provide documentation to our payment processor to contest invalid chargebacks.

8) Receipts and Tax Acknowledgements

You will receive a confirmation email/receipt after payment.

If any portion of your purchase may be tax-deductible, we will provide a written acknowledgement where required. (Tax-deductibility depends on your situation—please consult a tax professional.)

Sponsorships may include goods/services (e.g., tickets, signage). The deductible portion, if any, is typically the amount exceeding the fair market value of benefits received.

9) Attendee Conduct and Removal

We expect respectful conduct. We may refuse admission or remove attendees for disruptive, illegal, or unsafe behavior. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SNSHOF will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Event or your purchase/donation.

11) Privacy

Payment transactions are processed by third-party providers. We may collect contact and payment-related details necessary to fulfill your order and communicate about the Event. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy (or available upon request).

12) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue for any dispute shall be [Clark County, Nevada], unless otherwise required by law.
